TINA FISCHER
Tina is an attorney, veteran, entrepreneur, wife, and mother, in addition to co-owner of Smart City Title Services. After leaving the military after 17 years in the Air Force, Tina put herself through college at Saint Leo University, then law school at Stetson University, graduating cum laude, while raising two young children. Tina has been practicing real estate law for 15 years - representing both buyers and sellers of commercial, retail, restaurant, and residential properties.
ANNE POLLACK
Anne has been practicing real estate and land use law for 20 years, and is putting her life and professional experience to work as co-owner of Smart City Title Services. A dedicated community servant, Anne has served on boards and in organizations such as the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, CREW Tampa Bay, Creative Clay, Johns Hopkins All Children's' Hospital, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, and the Florida Bar Association.
